Bindi expanded their storage capabilities by building a new 43,000 SF refrigerated storage and distribution facility along with their new corporate offices. The new 20,000 SF freezer, 8,000 SF dry storage and 3,600 SF refrigerated loading dock was constructed. This new construction incorporated 11,000 SF two story corporate offices. The new storage and distribution facility is being used in conjunction with their existing production plan in Belleville, NJ. The new construction took place on a property located at the corner of Belleville Turnpike and Barczewski Street that required pre-construction surcharging for the appropriate soil bearing capacity. Once the soil was surcharged construction took place and the project came in on time and on budget to the owners.
