Milmar Foods is a kosher food production facility in Goshen, NY. Cybul Architects has worked closely with Milmar to develop a multitude of schematic designs to expand their existing facility while keeping their production running smoothly at full capacity. The project will take on a complex, multi-phased approach which will include expansion of +/- 44,867 SF subdivided in new freezer storage, dry storage, loading docks, production space, offices, and employee areas. And additional +/- 48,000 SF of improvements to existing areas. Cybul Architects’ design addresses the challenge of keeping the facility in operation and seamlessly integrates the new spaces with the existing building.
